Jacob Rees-Mogg is one of the only British politicians with principles!

Why should someone's personal moral beliefs exclude them from public office? I may not agree with Jacob Rees-Mogg's views on abortion and gay marriage, but at least he has the courage to stand by his beliefs, even if they're unpopular! But are the Conservative MP's beliefs too extreme for the general public, and will they hurt his chances of replacing Theresa May? I spoke to the columnist for Conservative Woman and Catholic world Caroline Farrow.

A leaked Brexit document says the government is planning to slash the numbers of EU migrants coming to Britain. Good! Isn't that one of the main reasons we voted out in the first place? We don't need open borders and mass migration, just so a few yuppies in London can get their caramel macchiato's a bit cheap from Pret a Manger! It's right that we only let the brightest and the best migrate to this country, living in Britain is a privilege, not a right! I spoke to the former UKIP MEP Godfrey Bloom to see what he makes of the planned immigration cuts, and if he thinks the Mogg could ever be Prime Minister!

What's significant about JRM is that he didn't hesitate (and hardly ever hesitates) when asked the questions on SSM and abortion. If you ask the majority of politicians a difficult question they usually go very defensive and avoid answering.
What a refreshing revelation JRM is with his immediate honesty, I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. I suspect though that he has been brought to the fore to be ridiculed because he is seen as a threat and the sheep of this country will swallow it.

Support the JRM his views are his own and not government policies. Look at the bigger question people.
