No BBC employee should earn above £40,000!

If you work for the BBC you should be on a normal public sector salary, and nobody at the corporation should earn over £40,000! Let's get this trending! Nick spoke to James Delingpole, columnist and broadcaster for Breitbart London, who said although he wants to cut the top BBC salaries, he doesn't want to see a pay cap!

Nick spoke to Gerry Morrissey, general secretary of the Broadcasting, Entertainment, Communications and Theatre Union, who said he wants to see a minimum salary of £20,000 for the thousands at the bottom, like engineers and runners, and less money spent on the likes of Gary Lineker!
