The UK, not the US, has it wrong on guns!

Whilst I'm here in Vegas I thought I'd have that most quintessential American experience, and went to a gun range! I've always thought that Britain needs a more commonsense approach to gun laws, but holding that Magnum .44 in my hands and seeing the damage it can do, I'm glad that we don't allow you to carry guns in the UK. America may be a great country, but 13,000 deaths a year from guns is a disgrace!

One man who disagrees with me is Michael Hammond, from Gun Owners of America. He told me why he thinks Americans need to protect their Second Amendment rights and why the best defence against a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. Is he right? Let me know.

The local election results are in and it looks like nothing can stand in the way of the Tory juggernaut, especially not Labour and UKIP... I spoke to veteran political commentator Nick Jones.
